Marshmallows
I LOVE marshmallows. Whenever I see anything that has marshmallows on it or is marshmallow flavoured I have to have it, so when I saw a marshmallow cookbook I had to get it. There are loads of recipes in it for making marshmallow flavoured treats and for making homemade marshmallow.
I decided to give the homemade marshmallows a go and here was the result...
