Cheesecake

On Saturday I made my first ever cheesecake using a recipe that I found online.  It was really easy to make, my kitchenaid mixer did most of the work.  It doesn't look amazing, it's a bit rough around the ages and the raspberry topping isn't spread very evenly but it tasted really good.
