Decorating the Tree

As we're going to be away for Christmas this year we decided to put our tree up early so went out to buy one and put it up on Saturday afternoon.  When we first put it up, we thought we'd chosen a bit of a duff one, it looked a bit of a funny shape.

After a little bit of trimming and repositioning to hide the bare side it was looking much better. Chris was sure that this tree was smaller than last year but I'm sure it's bigger.  Last year we had 400 lights on our tree but this year it just didn't look enough so I sent Chris out to pick up a few more.

600 lights and a few decorations it was all done.
